Has My Order Shipped Yet?

Processing Time:
All orders are subject to processing time 1-2 days that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up by the applicable carrier. Domestic and international orders may take up to 3 business days (excluding Weekend and Holidays) to process.

We'll email your tracking number when your order has shipped. you will find tracking information that you can use to see where your package is at in the process. Please also check your junk/spam folder as sometimes end up there!

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, We ship to CANADA. It usually takes 7-21 Business Days (excluding Weekends & Holidays) to arrive in your country however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs.

GymDeity is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

Do you ship to APO/FPO address?

*Yes, we ship to AFO and FPO addresses at no extra cost, please note it may take up to 21 days for your order to arrive depending on where you are located. While we will issue tracking details as soon as your order is shipped, tracking may not show any updates until it reaches its final destination.

 

SHIPPING RATES:

We offer FREE shipping via USPS First-Class Mail, typically takes 5-8 days (excluding Weekends and Holidays) 

We offer RUSH shipping via USPS First Class Priority Mail, typically takes 2-5 days (excluding Weekends and Holidays) 

*Please allow up to 24-48 hours with the exception of (Weekends and Holidays) to process and ship your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Please note it may take up to 7-21 days for your order to arrive depending on where you are located. While we will issue tracking details as soon as your order is shipped, tracking may not show any updates until it reaches its final destination. 

SHIPPING FEES:

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for carrier shipping charges of returning the package to us. 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, and if we can not ship the remaining item(s) in a reasonable time we will issue a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

My item was Returned to Sender, what do I do?

Orders that are shipped back to us after failed delivery attempts are “Returned to Sender.” Return to Sender can happen for a variety of reasons. However, the mail delivery service is the one who classifies what they deem as undeliverable. In cases such as this, orders that are "Returned to Sender" are then issued a refund for the items purchased. We do ask that you allow for ten business days for us to process any RTS packages. GymDeity cannot be held reliable for orders that have incomplete, missing or incorrect addresses.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

My tracking shows delivered but I don’t have my package?

GymDeity is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
