Terms & Responsibilities

1. I will promote and market Company products to customers using my assigned promotion code. Customers who use this code will receive a 15% discount on Company products, including any sale prices, as authorized by the Company.
2. I will earn credit for orders placed using my promotion code on the Company website, based on the order total before tax and shipping fees.
3. Orders submitted without my promotion code will not be credited to my account.
4. I will not sell Company products on unauthorized websites or in retail stores.
5. I will not reproduce the Company’s name, trademark, or materials for advertising without written approval.
6. I will promote Company products on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook by posting appropriate photos showcasing the products.
7. I will post monthly on my Instagram, tagging @GymDeity in each post. GymDeity may re-post my existing pictures ro videos.
8. I will maintain the highest standards of integrity and responsibility in line with the Company’s reputation. Failure to do so will result in immediate removal from the Ambassador Program and forfeiture of any unpaid earnings.
9. If I choose to leave the program, I must fulfill my obligations to redeem unpaid earnings, or forfeit them.
10. If the Company terminates the program, I have three months to redeem my accumulated rewards based on the redemption guidelines before my account is closed.
11. I must remain an active Brand Ambassador by posting on my Instagram at least once every 30 days to stay in the program.
12. The Company reserves the right to terminate the agreement if I cease to be an active Brand Ambassador.
13. This agreement is subject to acceptance by the Company and is conditioned upon acceptance of the Brand Ambassador Welcome Packet.
