Exchange & Return Policy

***ALL SALES FINAL NO RETURNS NO REFUNDS, all items are non-returnable, and not eligible for exchanges*** unless item received is the incorrect item.

Can I Exchange An Item?

We are currently unable to accommodate exchanges; however, you are welcome to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our exchange/returns policy and repurchase the item(s) in your desired size or style once your store credit is issued.

Can I Return An Item?

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. All returns will be issue store credit unless item(s) received is the incorrect item.


Once your return has been received and inspected (usually within 24 hours of receipt), it will be processed and credit will be applied in the form of a gift card to be used on

Returns must be received in original condition as defined below: You know what we mean girls; keep it free of stains and signs of wear.

- Unstained

- Unwashed

- Unperformed

- Tags still attached

The following items can NOT be exchange or returned:

Last Chance Items, Mystery Box, Sport Bras, and Footwear.

Do I have to pay return shipping?

The customer is responsible for returning shipping charges unless the item received is the incorrect item. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do I return my product(s)?

Please mail your return items along with your order# to our returns address stated below:

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return once it is delivered. Once we’ve received your items, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment.

How long does it take for a refund to come back into my bank?

It typically takes 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed into your account, depending on how your bank process the refund, and for the funds to appear in your bank account.

If my order is cancel how long does it take for a fund to be released?

A void transaction cancels the original transaction as if it never happened and takes 1 to 3 business days for the pending charge to “fall off” of the customer's card.

For funds to be released before 1-3 business days you can call your bank and have them release funds right away.
