Exchange & Return Policy

Unfortunately, exchanges are not available. However, you can still return your item(s) by mail according to our return policy. Once you receive store credit, you can use it to purchase the desired size or style.

We have a 30-day return policy for your convenience. Returning an item is easy! You can initiate a return through our return portal located at the bottom of our home page.

  • Unstained
  • Unwashed
  • Unperformed
  • Tags still attached

Items Not Eligible for Return

All of the following items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return:

  • Sale Items
  • Mystery Boxes
  • Underwear
  • Footwear

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in the case of receiving an incorrect item. Additionally, please be aware that shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

To start your return, visit our return portal page and locate your order number from the confirmation email or packing slip.

What Happens Next? After your return is confirmed delivered, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process it and issue a refund as store credit.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the receipt of your return packages. If there are any issues with your package, you must contact USPS as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Store Credit Refunds

After we receive and inspected your return (usually within 24 hours), we'll process it and apply the credit to your store account.
