While Costco typically requires a membership card. An annual Costco membership costs $60 to $120, based on the perks you want. They have made exceptions for customers using EBT cards. Some Costco locations allow EBT cardholders to shop without a membership card. It's best to contact your local Costco store or check their website to confirm their specific policy regarding EBT usage without a membership.

If you are unable to afford a Costco membership, there is an alternative option, you can ask a friend or family member to buy a Costco Shop card (for a chosen amount) on your behalf. Can you use an EBT card to buy groceries online at Costco?

As a result, EBT cannot be used for Costco Delivery service because orders must be placed through the Costco website, where EBT is not accepted. For online orders, Costco accepts payment methods such as MasterCard, Visa, debit/ATM, the Costco Anywhere Visa by Citi, Discover, and Costco Shop Cards.
