Though their selection isn't what it used to be, they still have sweat-wicking, comfortable pieces that are incredibly affordable.

Old Navy: Versatile and Affordable Activewear

Old Navy offers various styles of activewear at affordable prices, frequently running sales and offering rewards through their loyalty program.

Fabletics: Alternative to Gymshark

Fabletics offers a range of activewear options, including high-quality leggings known for their affordability and effectiveness during workouts.

You’re probably familiar with Target, but did you know they have great workout brands?

All in Motion offers high-waisted capri, 7/8, and full-length leggings with an average price of $30.

They also have a great selection of sports bras ranging from $16 to $24.

 

 

BooHoo: Trendy and Ultra-Affordable Activewear

BooHoo, launched in 2006, is known for its trendy and ultra-affordable apparel. They release over 500 new items every week. Besides fitness apparel, they offer great outfits for date night, casual gatherings, and festivals.

BooHoo often runs sales and offers a buy now, pay later option.

Their fitness apparel tends to be on the sexier side, featuring leggings with cutouts and sheer mesh panels, crop tops, and tops/sports bras with ruching and strappy details.

 

Under Armour  Fitness Apparel

Under Armour, established in 1996, has been a leader in the fitness apparel industry from the beginning.

They offer plenty of alternatives to GymShark, such as their current best-seller, the "Vanish" leggings. These leggings feature mesh panels and fabric designed to be sweat-wicking, breathable, and sleek.

While not always cheaper than GymShark, many Under Armour items are comparable in price or less.

You can shop their site by the style of bottoms (capri, full-length, leggings, shorts, etc.) as well as by rise and technology, a unique feature not offered by many other brands.

 

Jed North is available on Amazon with prime shipping. If you’re afraid of ordering GymShark and possibly paying for return shipping, these are a good option.

 

 

3.) ColorfulKoala leggings are designed to flatter your curves. They offer tons of styles, including prints and solids.

 

This pair is made of 75% polyester and 25% spandex, so they’re extra soft with gentle compression. They also have hidden waistband pockets and a 28″ inseam.

 

I find this pair to be incredibly comfortable. But don’t take my word for it. Read some of the 7,668 reviews that left a 5-star rating.

 

 

4.) As mentioned earlier, I wear workout leggings 5-6 days a week. These leggings are INCREDIBLE and my personal favorite. 

 

Hundreds of my Instagram followers have now purchased these leggings.  prefer these over my GymShark leggings.

 

They have an ultra-high waistband so they’re great for a long torso. They’re also seamless and squat-proof.

 

I actually think that these leggings are better than GymShark in some ways. For starters, the inseam is much longer. If you have a long torso, this is a dream come true!

 

5.) These leggings are extremely soft and come in over 20 colors including both prints and solids.  They have a “naked feel” meaning it feels like you’re not even wearing pants!

These would also work as early maternity leggings as well.

 

6.) These high waist yoga leggings have 3 pockets and 4-way stretch. They come in full length as well as capri length.

 

The average review is 4.5 stars. With over 3,500 ratings I’d say it’s worth it to take the plunge. If all else fails, they ship prime and return shipping is free!

 

7.) If you’re looking for an athletic brand like GymShark, this brand is a great option. They have full sets to get the complete look, just like GymShark.

 

This set comes in 5 colors and has the quality, look, and feel of GymShark sets. 

 

Both the leggings and sports bra fit true to size. The leggings are high compression, seamless and squat proof. The sports bra has removable cups and is good for moderate/high intensity.  

 

 

8.) Reebok has made a name for itself since it got its start in 1958. I’ve personally been a customer for years. These cropped leggings are built for performance and with 32 different colors, you’re bound to find one you like. 

 

Heard from reviewers: true to size and squat proof.

 

 

9.) 90 Degree By Reflex is one of the most popular activewear brands like GymShark. They’re known for their high waisted and slimming leggings like the ones above. 

 

This tummy control style has over 8,175 4.5 star reviews and comes in over 25 colors. There are also 2-pack options which allow you to save even more money.

 

10.) These tummy control, compression leggings come in over 45 colors. They are also available in capri and full-length versions as well as 2-pack options.

 

Reviewers note that these leggings fit true to size, the pocket is large enough for an i-phone, they do not ride down or show sweat marks AND they aren’t see-through.

 

Brands Like GymShark we DON’T recommend

So earlier we narrowed down the top 10 brands like GymShark on Amazon. Now, let’s get to some leggings that might look like GymShark but I don’t recommend due to poor reviews (or personal experience). 

 

 

Do these look a heck of a lot like GymShark? SURE DO. So, why don’t I recommend them?

 

Here are a few reasons:

• We’ve tried them and they are 100% NOT squat proof.
• Other reviewers said they ripped halfway through their workout. Yikes.
• Sizing reviews are all over the place.

 

They’re tempting, but I would try another pair in this post before pulling the trigger on these.

 

 

Here’s another pair that closely resembles GymShark that I don’t recommend. I tried these as well and aside from a major CT they were horribly see-through. I’d steer clear of these.

 

There are just so many women’s workout clothing brands out there, but if you love the style of GymShark, I think those listed here will be your best bet. 

 

So, what is the best gym clothing brand like GymShark? As mentioned above, THESE leggings (pictured below) most closely resemble the style, quality, and fit of GymShark leggings.
